Mô tả công việc
- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review company tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax for
ms.
- Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process to ensure the companys tax compliance; I
dentify and mitigate tax risks.
- Provide support with various audits and special tax related projects.
- Provide advice to related functions to compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to the m
anagement and the team.
- Provide tax training to accountants to increase their tax knowledge to ensure tax issues be identified earlier.
- Complete any ad hoc assignments given by the management.
- Manage members of the tax team to execute their job timely and quality
Yêu cầu
- Graduated in Tax, Accounting major from University.
- Prefer candidate have experience of Big four CPA firm (Deloitte, KPMG, PWC and E&Y)
- Having at least 5 year of experience in leading the team to manage the group company tax risk
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- The flexibility and independence to work in a changing environment;
- Ability to work independently
- At least 7-year experience in tax, of which at least 2 years in managerial position
- Refer experience in Big 4 Accounting firms (Deloitte, KPMG, PWC and E&Y)
- Experience in managing the tax compliance & Tax audit within the group (CIT (TP), VAT, SCT, FCT declaration)
- Strong commercial sense, analytical, and research skills.
- English & Vietnamese Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Short - term challenges:
• Quick self-learning about the company business, policy & process within the first 2 weeks.
• Lead the tax team to submit the tax report within lead-time monthly
Long - term challenges:
• Update the law related to tax
• Look for opportunities to reduce corporate risks and taxes, targeted to tax savings
• During tax audit process, propose the operation procedure of tax control effectively
