Product Development and Launch:
Develop and launch new products that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless product launches.
Product Management:
Monitor the performance of existing products and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize product features and pricing.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product enhancements.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to assess the profitability and risk associated with new and existing products.
Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Customer Experience:
Collaborate with customer experience teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in product development or product management within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with deposit products
Knowledge of pricing strategies and yield curve management.
Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
