Mô tả công việc
Data Analytics & Reporting
Lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring they deliver accurate, timely insights for end-users.
Collaborate with IT and data management teams to design and implement a scalable data warehouse architecture that supports BI needs.
Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
Identify and translate business needs into technical specifications by working closely with stakeholders.
Manage the full lifecycle of BI projects, from requirements gathering to user training, ensuring data accuracy through quality controls and validation processes.
Provide technical guidance on BI tools and software and stay updated on BI trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role.
Proficiency in English, particularly in writing and speaking.
Proven experience using Power BI for dashboard and report development.
Strong background in data warehousing principles, with experience in setting up data warehouses from scratch.
Proficient in SQL and familiar with data manipulation languages (e.g., Python, R).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of data modelling and data governance practices.
