Job Description

Role: Fresher E-commerce Operations (Site Operations)

-
Product management support: Assist clients with product information management and activation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Business operations support: Help clients manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business processes.
- Promotion and launch support: Aid in the preparation for promotional and product launch events, including reporting, tracking, and generating promotional codes.
- Cross-functional communication: Collaborate regularly with other teams and upper management to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Operational improvement: Provide actionable suggestions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Additional duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader.
Requirements
- Final year or fresh graduates in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field. Can work fulltime
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and site operations.
- Basic familiarity with CMS platforms is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, support roles, and product information management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Knowledge in Excel.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn new skills, and able to work effectively under pressure.
