Mô tả Công việc
· Provide exceptional executive support to the General Manager and other business leaders when required.
· Coordinate complex diary/schedule management of the General Managers priorities and commitments.
· Priorities work, continuously monitor workflow and meet tight deadlines.
· Manage and file General Managers emails including preparing responses.
· Deliver high quality executive administrative support services.
· Prepare reports and documents related to work as requested by GM.
· Implement travel plans and coordinate bookings/itineraries for the General Manager.
· Coordinate relevant compliance reporting and responses where required.
· Support Company events requested by GM.
Other tasks assigned by GM.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Female from 25-30, high proficiency in English skill is a must.
· At least 3 years of experience as personal assistant in large scale company.
· Proven ability to provide General Manager and Executive level support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
· Ability to make decisions tactfully and discreetly with sensitive and confidential matters.
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written along with interpersonal skills.
· Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability.
· Proven advanced level computer software and internet skills.
