Mô tả công việc
Handling end to end recruitment including but not limit to Create and
Managing job advertisements, liaise with recruitment agency, Conduct
Phone Screenings ,Manage and Organise Interviews, Conduct Reference
Checks
Handling employees HR / Admin enquiries , documentation and filing.
Execute HR functions including onboarding, oƯboarding, training
coordinating.
Coordinate the oƯice renting in Vietnam
Manage employee related events such as birthdays, festivals, charity and
other social events.
Assists in oƯice all round duties including procurement of stationery and
pantry items, postage and delivery service.
Ensure all meeting rooms and pantry are neat and tidy.
Other administrative duties as required.
Yêu cầu
Good knowledge of local employment law and practices, understanding
of compensation & benefits principle and frameworks.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in Vietnamese and
Mandarin is a must.
Proven track record of minimum 2 years in similar role.
Human resurces mgmt or business administration qualification
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsible, positive attitude, willingness to help.
Have an interest in HR and willing to take on more responsibilities.
Good to have:
Working experience in financial services industry
Familiar with the oƯice rental process
English speaking is a bonus but not essential.
