Mô tả công việc
• Contract/Agreement Management: Review and manage contracts through the Contract Portal and evaluate ad-hoc contracts or agreements received via email; Regularly update
• Artwork Management: Review artworks using the Artwork Management System and evaluate labels before their launch. Conduct label reviews based on the Label Checklist to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Intellectual Property Management: Manage and protect Marico/Marico Limiteds intellectual property assets, including registration, renewal, and enforcement of IP rights, while ensuring compliance and addressing potential infringements.
• CUC: Monitor market activities and internal processes to identify and mitigate risks related to anti-competitive behavior.
• Monitor and manage Legatrix system to meet compliance requirement as requested by HQ compliance.
• Act as center of expertise and provide timely guidance to the business for all questions of interpretation for compliance policies of the company;
• Responsible for driving awareness of the importance of compliance through frequent online and offline training and identify areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and propose plans to prevent and detect conduct inconsistent in the organization;
• Monitor and perform all licensing procedures in related to company operation such as amend or obtain new IRC, ERC, construction permit, fire protection, environment license,...
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in law, Audit and Finance
• 3-5 years of work experience as lawyer/ legal advisor or compliance officer,...
• Broad experience of advising on legal & compliance matters
• Experience in licensing procedures is preferrable
• Experience in food/ cosmetic and/or FMCG industry is preferable
• Frequent travelling to fields across Vietnam is required
