INTRODUCTION

SCOPE OF WORK
Conduct in-depth site audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Develop and manage the backlinks pool by sourcing high-authority websites and building partnerships.
Optimize on-page and off-page SEO factors to improve rankings, visibility, and website authority.
Work with Content SEO to ensure keywords and SEO trends are incorporated into content.
Track and analyze SEO performance data, identify opportunities, and report findings to the Top Manager.
Train Junior SEO team members in technical SEO practices.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience (preferably with certifications from short-term courses by Đình Tỉnh, Seo Sona, or GTV Seo).
Knowledge in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Regularly update knowledge of Google algorithms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to perform weekly/monthly on-page audits.
Proficient in selecting websites to build quality backlinks.
Basic technical knowledge to edit WordPress-based websites (HTML, CSS).
Skilled in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.
Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO), SEO optimization, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
High-level proficiency in online research.
Experience in keyword research, market analysis, competitor analysis, and trend identification within the digital landscape.
Proven track record of ranking keywords with search volumes under 100,000 per month.
Priority given to candidates experienced in driving high-conversion keywords in fields such as e-commerce, online travel, real estate, cryptocurrency, finance, mobile gaming, and herbal products.
Basic English for communication and understanding SEO-related content in English.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly motivated.
Eagerness to learn, a growth-oriented mindset, and a strong passion for SEO and revenue generation.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Confident communication skills, teamwork-oriented, enthusiastic, and adaptable to learning and innovation.
