Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
Conduct relevant market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and understand the competitive landscape thoroughly.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage content creation for social media, email marketing and website updates (if necessary)
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Provide insights and prepare reports on market effectiveness, communicate findings and presents to the team and relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, i.e. Sales, R&D to create engaging content whilst ensuring cohesive branding and messaging.
Collaborate with colleagues from other Vietnam offices (Ho Chi Minh and Danang) on re-sharing one anothers social media posts where relevant and align on major marketing initiatives when assigned
Provide marketing-related support for company events, at trade shows or at similar related events
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maintain cordial working relationships
Brand Management:
Work closely with suppliers to align brand objectives.
Maintain consistent branding across all channels and materials.
Drive efforts to increase brand visibility, create more front-of-mind awareness and customer loyalty.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing principles
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media tools).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
