Mô tả công việc
Work closely with management level and relevant to develop internal communication events to meet the target that all employees are always being informed and motivated
Plan and execute internal events/activities such as Birthday party, weekly meeting, Happy Run, Year End Party, Teambuilding, etc
Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function across the firm that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all teams
Analyze the interaction and result of each event to deliver exciting proposals accordance with employee aspirations to build up a great working environment
Manage the operation of internal channels as post trendy contents, design simple, interaction reports, schedule, gifts, etc to wider access and optimize the effectiveness communication.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or any equivalent majors
1 years of experience in a relevant position
Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese
Proactive, strong sense of accountability, organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Comfortable in an intense, fast-growth startup environment, and handling information with a high level of confidentiality
Great at connecting and engaging people; flexible in personal interactions at all levels of the company
Familiar with the design application such as Canva, Crello... is a plus.
