Mô tả công việc
- Platform Management: Take ownership of our official stores on leading e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok Shop for MM and BSM. Your role will involve adding new products, setting up effective promotional strategies, ensuring store visibility, and managing inventory to optimize sales performance.
- Campaign execution: Collaborate closely with platform key account managers to develop and execute campaigns that align with platform-specific strategies. Your goal is to maximize sales and brand visibility by engaging in high-impact campaigns, flash sales, and other promotional activities.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing plans, focusing on promotions, campaigns, and effective use of platform tools such as on-platform ads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance data regularly. Prepare detailed monthly sales reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Market research: competitor, product, price, trend, ...
- Control budget, optimize revenue, cost and profit
- Other assignments
Yêu cầu
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years managing e-commerce stores on platforms such as Shopee, Tiktok Shop and Lazada, with proven success in driving sales through on-platform marketing tools like Ad-tools.
- Innovative Mindset: Always on the lookout for new trends and opportunities in the e-commerce space. Your creativity and willingness to experiment will be key to driving our brand forward.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally with team members and externally with platform partners. Strong human skills are essential for collaboration and negotiation.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
