JOB DESCRIPTION
Brand Experience Intern will be responsible for supporting in managing
our CRM dashboard to cultivate CK Club member loyalty and managing the
e-commerce platform to grow our online delivery service (CK GO).
1. CRM:
- Support to execute &
ensure the campaign operates correctly & smoothly.
- Support to implement
engaging campaigns for CK Club members, including deals, surveys, and games.
- Assist in customer
service, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in organizing
promotional events to attract new customers.
2. E-Com:
- Support to execute the
management and operation of the CK GO platform.
- Collaborate with partners
and internal departments to maintain consistent and accurate representation of
the Circle K menu on e-commerce platform.
- Support to manage
co-marketing campaigns with platform partners and product suppliers.
3. Others:
- Conduct market research and
competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
- Collaborate with line managers to enhance Circle Ks
CRM and e-commerce platforms, aligning with strategic goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final year students who are pursuing a
degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Good communication skills,
written and verbal in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in technology
and comfortable navigating various software programs.
- Strong interest in
e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Creativity and ability to
develop new ideas.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and strong
work ethic with a high level of integrity.
