Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan for a diversified portfolio of clients.Create and manage the development and delivery of media outreach, press conferences, media gathering, press releases, articles, TV features as well as other PR mediums such as messaging tracks, Q&As, spokesperson briefings, reactive and holding statements, media responses, and manage pitching of stories to journalists, and handling media inquiries.Plan, implement and manage PR campaigns for clients.Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy.Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, government partners and media outlets to facilitate positive PR outcomes.Lead, supervise, and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, direction, and support in executing PR campaigns.

Graduate universityExperience: 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within a PR or communications agency/client, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strong media relationships. Innovative, honest, sociable, passionate and responsible with tasks handedOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content and communicate effectively with team members and clients. A wide-reaching network of media contacts, an in-depth understanding of journalist needs, and a keen awareness of emerging media trends.English fluency is an advantageReceptive to information and flexible in processing informationStrong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively
