Mô tả công việc
* Campaign Strategy:
- Follow campaigns and platform to schedule timeline for livestream sessions, videos, launching campaigns for each week, month, quarter, year.
- Create banners, background live for shop and campaigns.
* PIC with KAM and Flatform:
- Negotiate and exchange budget, investment with AM TikTok to achieve GMV target.
- Operate products, taking care of shop according to the platforms suggestion.
* Livestream Plan:
- Create suitable scenarios for each live session.
- Evaluate the quality of streamers and engagement after each live session.
* Sale plan:
- Responsible for GMV target each month, quarter, year.
- Register and follow about price, stock, promotion.

Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelors degree in Economics, Marketing, E- commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies, specifically TikTok Shop.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and campaign management.
- Have knowledge of digital marketing, performance analysis.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics, etc.)
