Job Descriptions:
Develop and implement customer care programs, promotional campaigns, and customer appreciation initiatives.
Analyze customer habits and preferences to tailor programs effectively.
Oversee the
purchasing
of goods and ensure efficient inventory management.
Utilize Excel proficiently for data analysis, reporting, and program management.
Create detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
Manage and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure effective team communication and coordination.
Provide excellent written communication for program documentation and customer correspondence
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English skills.
• Loma 280, 290 is preferable.
• At least 3 years of experience in Customer service, Customer Care.
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing.
• Proven experience in customer service and program development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent writing and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good initiative and team spirit.
• Experience in purchasing and inventory management is a plus.
• Able to work in high pressure working environment.
