Mô tả công việc
- Identify gaps in sales force skillset (capability) used in FMCG, beverage or beer companies, that will lead to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
e.g. outlet call-planning, outlet investment evaluation template, PG efficiency review, outlet profitability reporting, 8-step sales call process, etc.
- Identify areas of sales processes where improvements may be introduced to improve management control. Develop appropriate tools and processes to facilitate these improvements.
- Provide training on relevant tools and processes to the sales organization, beginning from General
Sales Director
level to all Sales Management teams, Supervisors, Sales rep/Salesman.
- Launch the Train-the-trainer" program involving development of a training kit for the sales sub-units.
- Systematic and periodic monitoring of the progress of sales team capability enhancement, through market visits, engagement of sales personnel and management reporting.
- Remain updated with leading industry sales processes via engagement with corporate head office, best-in-class examples or through any other means.
- Plan and implement core training of new sales employees to ensure consistency in sales practices and thought processes. Design sales force career roadmap and provide necessary training and development plan to support career growth of sales employees.
- Lead/manage projects and tasks as assigned by superior executive.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors Degree of Economics, Business Administration or relevant majors.
- 8 years of work experience in the FMCG sales (Beer or Beverage industry is a priority) with 4 - 5 years of working as Sales Capability/Sales Trainer.
- Experience in designing multiple training materials.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
- Good presentation skill and English four skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Can travel on business and start to work immediately.
