We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Account Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on supporting the client account management and servicing processes. As part of the client services team, you will gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the efficient operation of client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Managing Director in day-to-day client interactions, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Work with Managing Director to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and updates for clients.
Prepare and manage client reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client matters and timely delivery of services.
Co-ordinate with other department to answer the Client queries (if any)
Make daily, weekly report on client management to Managing Director




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Exceptional spoken and written English, with a particular focus on understanding and communicating effectively across various English accents.
Good knowledge and execution of Microsoft Office, having ability or experience in using CRM software is a plus
Full-time working or at least 4/5 work days a week
Recent graduate or in the process of completing a degree in Marketing, Arts, or a related field.
Basic understanding of how businesses operate, especially in relation to client account servicing.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to work with both internal teams and clients.
