Mô tả công việc




1. Shopify Store Management

a. Set up, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.

b. Implement Shopify themes, customize settings, and ensure mobile and desktop responsiveness.

c. Conduct regular site audits to identify and correct any issues impacting customer experience.

2. Inventory and Order Management

a. Track inventory levels, stock replenishment, and manage product availability.

b. Process and fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.

c. Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse staff to ensure smooth shipping and delivery processes.

d. Stock management via Lightspeed POS system.

3. Sales and Marketing Initiatives

a. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns.

b. Use Shopify’s marketing tools to create and manage ad campaigns, email marketing, and SEO optimizations.

c. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

a. Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, conversions, and customer retention.

b. Use Shopify analytics and reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

c. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to stay updated on trends and best practices.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance

a. Ensure all products meet legal, regulatory, and company standards.

b. Maintain accurate product descriptions, images, and categorizations to optimize SEO and user experience.

c. Ensure data privacy compliance for customer data and site usage.









Yêu cầu ứng viên




Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience managing an e-commerce store, specifically on Shopify.

• Strong knowledge of Shopify e-commerce platform features, plugins, and integrations.

• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce analytics.

• Good English written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding for Shopify customization.

• Experience with Shopify POS (Point of Sale).

• Familiarity with e-commerce marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Google Analytics).

• Understanding of product photography, graphic design, or Adobe Creative Suite.
