Work hour: 8:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning per month
Your primary objective will be to support capacity + pricing procurement for regular as well as adhoc business + trade lanes by ensuring Carrier Management is a priority + key factor in gaining + retaining customers, always in alignment with policy. You will need to liaise with internal + external stakeholders while aligning the interests of each with our key objectives.
• To lay out a procurement plan for assigned area of responsibility in alignment with larger initiatives.
• To evaluate current carrier share for key trade lanes, recommending optimization measures to maximize core carrier share.
• To evaluate opportunities to consolidate current volumes to achieve better yields and help optimize ANR, laying the foundation for future
business development
opportunities.
• To work with the procurement team in the promotion of consol / build up pallet deals, helping to create efficiencies in our long term procurement efforts.
• To evaluate carrier metrics + ensure volume allocations are in line with targets to support PCP program success.
• To monitor + push for maximization of volumes via our Gateways, to achieve better consol benefits as well as supporting cost management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields
• Having at least 2 years working experience in capacity/ pricing/ gateway in Air Logistics of Freight forwarding companies.
• Having good knowledge of foreign trade, forwarding and import/ export process
• Experienced in working & dealing with air lines.
• Customer orientation
• Good at communication, negotiation and time management skills.
• Good at Analytical & Organizing skills.
• Good command of English
Working Location : 19 th Floor, VCCI Tower, 9 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da District, Hanoi
