We are seeking an experienced Import Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing import operations, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and logistics partners. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the import process, You will measure and planning for achieving the companys annual numerical targets.
Yêu cầu
- Over 10 years of experience in the freight forwarding/shipping industry.
- In-depth knowledge of customs procedures and trade compliance in Vietnam.
- Skills in supply chain management and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in English communication (Japanese is a plus). Toeic 600-700
- Ability to understand business objectives, create plans, and develop strategies.
- Ability to create and analyze reports on import performance and costs.
- Training and development of team members.
- Experienced in using and training Cargowise system.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Team management skills.
- High stress tolerance and adaptability.
