Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate machines and parts inport/export and custom clearance with local and oversea shipping forwarders, Yamaha branches, distributors and customers.
• Handle purchasing of tools and spare parts for SMT & FA product from Yamaha overseas branches.
• Handle selling of SMT and FA spare parts to local distributors.
• Support making estimates and quotations for charges service work to local distributors through system.
• Coordinate SMT and FA activities, such as handing incoming visitors, meals arrangement for visitors, arrangement for machine exhibition, event and seminar.
• Support the general affair of SMT and FA members in daily chores, such as purchase and refill of consumable goods, spare parts management, inventory check, showroom maintenance, travel and accommodation reservation for business trips, delivery/receival of parts, internal arrangement within YPMV and documentations.
• Conduct research of distributors and customers in Vietnam for YMC/YRSA/YPMVs security trade control.
Yêu cầu
• Female: Under 30 years old
• Bachelors degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Procurement, Trade Control, General Affair, Event Organizing.
• Professional work experience: Over 3 years
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• English: Toeic score above 500 or equivalent. Must be able to do communicate in English.
• Can use Japanese or Chinese is an advantage.
• Other requirements: Planning, knowledge, initiative, decisiveness, ability to deal with job.
