Details:
Manage and oversee all sourcing and
purchasing
activities
Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers for wood, boards, fabrics, leather, PVC, and outsourcing...
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure competitive terms
Review costing and Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency; conduct market price research for benchmarking
Coordinate with suppliers and outsource factories to monitor production orders and schedule adherence
Identify and evaluate new suppliers and outsource factories, assessing their capability and capacity with the Technical team
Continuously improve sourcing processes to optimize costs and ensure operational efficiency
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement in furniture industry
Strong understanding of material markets (wood, fabric, PVC, etc.) and production processes.
Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
Working time: Mon - Fri (7:30 - 16:30)
