Job Purpose: The Demand Planning takes care of a reliable forecast and efficient S&OP processes. The outcome is to speed up the decision-making processes and business planning within Sales and Marketing. This has direct influence on the upper service levels and lower provisions. The important KPIs for Demand Planning are Forecasting and Punctuality. The purpose is to continuously improve those KPIs to minimalize Out of Stock and write off. Accountabilities: - Collect technical data, properly set up & maintain master data of FG & semi FG in local & global master data system, ensuring the accuracy to the data shared by relevant owners, including NPI. - Build, review & enrich rolling monthly & weekly sales forecasts (to lowest level: item, area, depot), integrating commercial targets & plans, integrating all informed internal & external events. - Collect, challenge & get understandings of insights behind volume forecast submitted by Sales forces - Build and challenge volume projection for commercial activities & new products - Review KPI performance, define (potential) root-causes & action plans to improve forecast accuracy, process & risk mitigations - Lead Demand Planners in building demand scenarios for review by Demand Forecast Manager - Lead scheduling & preparation for, lead and/or facilitate S&OP Demand Review meetings, communicate signed off demand plan to key stakeholders for related workstreams & follow up the aligned actions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, i.e Sales, Central Planning, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing & Trade Marketing to successfully deliver demand plans - Update & maintain latest data in forecasting tools & coach Sales Managers on using them for monthly forecast review - Participate in Weekly Demand & Supply Review meeting and other related meetings in S&OP process where required.
Yêu cầu
7 - 10 years of relevant experience. Preferably experience in one or more of following areas: - Demand Planning, preferrably in FMCG industry. - Planning and/or CS&L roles. - Project management or active team member in supply chain planning projects. - Knowledge of demand planning and S&OP (preferably experience on statistical models for Demand planning). - Good analytical skills. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Be able to convincingly present facts and figures. - Knowledge of the commercial and supply chain processes. - Able to work in autonomy and when needed cross functionally, good team player. - Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Local language + English both oral and written.
