Business Partnering and sourcing
• First in line contact person with our management in Europe
Identifies key stakeholders and suppliers, and act as Business Partner to them.
Becomes a trusted advisor for suppliers
• Identifies business priorities and objectives, deducts procurement actions and suggests strategic approaches.
• Performs detailed product sourcing with current suppliers, and expands the supplier network
Logistics and documentation
• Strategically plans and manages logistics, transportation and customer services
• Coordination of order process through LENK customer service portal
• Control of export documentation
• Directs, optimizes and coordinates full order cycle
• Liaises and negotiates with suppliers, manufacturers, freight companies
• Keeps track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolves any arising problems or complaints
• Meets cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline targets
• Maintains metrics and analyses data to assess performance and implements improvements
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or respectively equal educational training incl. relevant work experience
• Minimum 5 years professional experience within logistics and / or procurement
• Knowledge of industry-specific rules and regulations as well as industry standards
• Understands the business environment, financial key principles/metrics, products/services offered, key customers, competitors, and industry trends to drive sound decisions that create value for our company and customers.
• Ability to work independently with a low level of manager guidance, identify solutions to complex and business critical problems and take decisions within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Ability to prioritize large number of business-critical activities and "solve" them in a structured and target oriented manner.
• MS Office knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Flexibility for travelling
