JOB DESCRIPTION
The Intern, Logistics will be responsible
for the direct day-to-day operations, as well
as manage logistics personnel and system.
Task 1: PURCHASE TO PAY NON-TRADE SERVICE & CONSUMABLE
Non-trade vendor risk assessment and creation.
Manage contract due date.
PR ZOHO creation, validate billing, payment following up for non-trade service, consumable.
Research suppliers for cost saving and sample comparison.
Coordinate with Finance to resolve all issues related to invoice, payments.
Task 2: CUSTOMS CLEARANCE MANAGEMENT
Follow
trade/ non-trade import shipment to ensure proper import type.
Maintain
master database for import declaration for new shipment.
Maintain
HS code database for VN profile in PID and S4 Hana.
Follow
up collect hard copy COO and storage with 3PL for after clearance audit.
Manage
import history follow 1 article 1 HS code rule.
Declare
conformity test, manage lab test and announcement to authority after clearance.
Follow
CHB tracker and SLA to ensure on time delivery and avoid storage, dem/dept.
Control
ECUS users for declaration.
Update
regulation related to import/export.
Research
import regulation for new non-trade products to validate CHB performance
Task 3: REPORT and OTHERS
ECUS, SAP, PBI report and all kinds
Following
up trackers
Conducts
functional review meetings with internal customer WS, Retail, Ecom
Organizing
the Documents Library for related documents.
Support
all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the manager.
Documentation and Filling
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree Customs/
Logistics
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Solution-oriented, highly structured, and can work
under pressure.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
