The Account Manager is responsible for taking care and developing sports marketing service packages to meet clients’ requirements and delivering clients’ services

Take care of at least 2 key accounts of different clients Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. Meeting & presenting DSV service to current & potential clients Building strong client relationships to maintain current business and acquire new clients. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client requests. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires Planning of activities: Marketing activities of client: events, campaigns offline/online Visit stadiums/events, attending matches in Vietnam and overseas: take photos of sponsors booths, and sponsors logos inside of the stadium and prepare reports. Management and operation of sports-related events (football, marathon, and others): work directly with football federations and other organizations, negotiate and follow up with projects, work with football clubs and arrange players for sponsors events and commercial shootings, etc. Working with overseas agencies, football federations & other sports organizations: work and coordinate on organizing football matches and events. Preparing contracts & other documents: contracts between clients and vendors for various projects in English and Vietnamese, working with legal, following up with the Finance team for payments, etc. Domestic and overseas business trips: to be able to travel mainly to Hanoi and to SEA countries.
