Share important information, updates, and instructions from the Head of operation office with the relevant department. Collect feedback and reports from departments and pass them on to the HeadDocument Review and Submission: Receive and carefully examine documents, reports, and plans from various departments. Check for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines before sending them for approvalProposal Tracking: Keep track of submitted proposals and monitor their progress. Follow up on proposals and create detailed reports on their status and outcomesOffice Support: Assist with various tasks in the Operations Office, including security, maintenance, cleaning, and meal service. Help maintain a smooth office environment.Translation Service: Provide translation assistance when needed in the Operations Office. Help translate documents and correspondence for effective communicationAdditional Responsibilities: Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Operations Office. Flexibility and adaptability are important for handling unforeseen duties and contributing to office efficiency.
