Executive Assistant provides both personal and professional support with a “can do” attitude, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Deputy CEO;The ideal Candidate will have
Completes a broad variety of professional administrative tasks for the Deputy CEO including: (1) managing anextremely heavy calendar of appointments; (2) be able to handle overlapping meetings moving at a fast pace; (3) composing and preparing correspondence that are confidential; (4) arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and (5) compiling documents for travel-related meetings.Forwards accurate and detailed messages, facilitates conference calls and, as appropriate, disseminates generalinformation to callers;Makes arrangements for special and routine meetings, including coordinating conference space and schedules with other departments;Plans, coordinates and ensures the Deputy CEO’s schedule is followed and respected;Ability to be flexible, change courses, and adapt at any moment;Be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and consistently exercise discretion and judgment;Provides a bridge for smooth communication with internal departments;Works closely and effectively with the Deputy CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures;
