Manage assigned operational functions consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department and The Grand Ho Tram. Manage and monitor fiscal budget, operations and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long-term profit


Bachelor’s Degree. At least 2 to 3 years experiences or related in Casino Marketing/ International Marketing in gaming industry preferably in Asia.  Preferably experience in pre-opening an integrated resort with sized casino (at least 500 tables or 1,000 slot machines). Thorough knowledge of local regulatory requirements in casino gaming industry. Strong track record of understanding marketing dynamics and responding in a pro-active manner to assure achievement of business objectives. Experience analyzing and marketing recommendations on promotions. Knowledge of the gaming, hotel, golf and entertainment industry. Must have excellent customer service skills. Ability to supervise and direct work of employees. Ability to write, prepare standard reports and documents. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,). Self-starter, collaborative, and highly organized, along with being an innovative problem solver and a creative marketer with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to creatively approach challenges and projects and to work both independently and in teams effectively for the best possible outcome. Strong interpersonal skills, writing, speaking, organizational ability, initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm.
