To be responsible for sales and rental of rollers (both new and used)To be responsible for brand development, market expansion and participate in developing business strategy.
To manage sales team, make and develop sales planTo take initiative to coordinate Activity Plan with rollers and secure manufacturers support as appropriate.To manage in solving all issues relating to territory (such as overdue TAR, over limit TAR, bad debt, obsolete machine/attachment, etc).To maintain and enhance the CRM system with particular emphasis to improved reporting and measurement of customer coverage and lost sales information, as aid to improved performance.To seek out new sales and rental opportunities.Monitor the causes of customer dissatisfaction to improve our sales activities.To control machine order recommendation. To review “PSI” (Purchase-sale-inventory) and “Weekly Report” prior to submission to Sales & Marketing Director.To monitor the allocation of stock and carry out monthly stock checks.To provide Market Information, Market Analysis to Sales & Marketing Director weekly.To develop, control and measure product innovation, promotional activity, price structures, route to markets and market diversification.To implement departmental procedures to ensure efficient internal communication and effective external communication.To support and give advice to the Parent Company, the Board of Directors and to the company’s Senior Management team in relation to the business activities of the Company
