Tuyển nhân viên AHAMOVE - Người vận chuyển của bạn làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh cần tuyển gấp Chuyên Viên Vận Hành (Operations Excellence)
Mô tả công việc
Track and analyze operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Execute weekly/monthly operational plan/report
Identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven solutions
Optimize and standardize service level agreements (SLAs)
Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Coordinate with other departments: Business Development, Key Account, Customer Service, Driver Onboarding, Quality Management, Data Analysis,...to receive information as well as process requests from them
Develop strategies to enhance Key Account satisfaction
Research information from the market, customers, drivers, competitors,...then transform raw data into insights to improve Ahamove’s performance
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor in Supply Chain/Operations Management or related fields
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce/logistics
Proven track record in operational excellence
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Expertise in strategic planning and implementation
Proficient in using Excel, Google Docs; knowing SQL, Python, etc. is an advantage

● Gross: 15,000,000 - 18,000,000 VNĐ

● Annual Leave: 12 days
● Startup environment, young, dynamic, work hard, play hard;
● Working time: 8am-6pm from Mon to Fri
