Manage calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, typing, and data entry.
Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
Handle confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.
Proactively identify areas where support is needed and take appropriate action to address them.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and other staff members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
Proficiency in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to communicate fluently and write professional emails.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
Quick learner with sharp problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Prior experience working with international clients or assisting in management roles is a plus.
