Mô tả công việc


• Proactively monitor systems to detect and respond to issues
• Continuously analyze and optimize system performance to ensure smooth and fast user experiences.
• Give out overall solutions, estimate the time, or solve issues correctly.
• In case of fixing issues, do the degrade checking carefully and can report or explain your solution clearly and smartly.
• Create or update the design documents, if any.
• Collaborate with multiple Departments, Stakeholders, or other Team members with good communication and good teamwork to solve the issue




Yêu cầu ứng viên


• Bachelor s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Monitoring and Logging: Proficiency in using monitoring and logging tools to track system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Troubeshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Cloud computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is necessary for managing scalable and reliable systems.
• Have 5+ years working as System admin or Cloud Admin
• Have 2+ year working with cloud flatform or automation (CI/CD) solutions is an advantage.
• English is required, JP is an advantage
• Have certificates related System Admin or Cloud service is an advantage.
• Can learn new things fast; open mind to adapt to new knowledge
• Strong self-study to skill up and have good performance
• Have a good eye for communication.
• Have a good sense of teamwork and also work actively and independently.
• Proactive in giving out feedback, solutions, and actions to actively improve the department and the company
