Tuyển nhân viên Công ty TNHH Lotte Việt Nam làm việc tại Bình Dương cần tuyển gấp Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu/ Import- Export Staff (Thực Phẩm)- Thủ Dầu Một, Bình Dương
Mô tả công việc




1. Import Raw materials:                                             
- Complete import procedure: work with Forwarder for Custom declaration and trucking to pick up shipment   
- Make Tax payment request to Accounting                                      
 - Coordinate with Warehouse team to arrange shipment arriving warehouse on time                                  
- Input shipment s data to internal software                                      
2. Export                                            
- Make export shipping docs: Sales contract, invoice, SI submit, C/O                                      
- Send docs to concerned dept. for loading following export schedule                                  
3. Make payment                                          
- Receive invoice/ debit note from forwarder/shipping agent, then make Payment request- send to Accounting             
- Make forwarder & Agent expense file - send to Accounting                                    
- Input all expense to internal software                                               
4. Purchasing support                                  
5. Fulfil other tasks and assignments given by Purchasing manager.          








Yêu cầu ứng viên




Male/Female: 23-30 yrs
Education: University/College
Major:  Knowledge of import-export, purchasing, FMCG fields
Experience: At least 1 year in import-export field
Good communication skills, creativity, able to work well independently and in team
Able to write and speak English at intermediate level








Quyền lợi được hưởng




- Gross Salary: 9-10 mil VND Gross
- 13th & KPI Salary, Union

- Working time: 7:30-16:45
- Working day: From Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun are off)
