Mô tả công việc


1. Assist Leasing Manager in the Administration work including but not limited to:
Maintain strong relationships with Malls/ Landlords/ Leasing agency for leasing cooperation.
Work with the Department Head to ensure that all documents relating to the lease are prepared and managed in accordance with Vietnam laws and company policies.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities.
Updating any issues or complaints from Malls/Other Dept in a professional and timely manner
Work closely with internal & external teams on contract/ new store openings / ensure best practice/ open on time / cost saving. Following up the document stage as superior request.
Assist to monitor contract’s expiry dates.
2. Expansion work including but not limited to:
Assist to identify and negotiate new & renewal with landlords in accordance with the business development plan according to the direction of superior.
Make a periodic report upon superior request.
Market research, assist to create and analyse mapping of each brand for expansion plan
3. Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors




Yêu cầu ứng viên


At least 1-2 years of experience as leasing experience as a Leasing Administrator, Leasing Agent or relevant role.
BA in Business Administration or Real Estate is preferred.
Good in communication both English & Vietnamese.
Strong analytical and structural skills.
MS Office (excel/ppt/word) is must.
Possess good networks with landlord/ leasing agency.
