Mô tả công việc


1.Planning
To ensure a thorough process goes into implementation and delivery; and in line with the strategic goals of the organization.
2. Efficient & high-quality implementation of the strategic plan for their Centers.
Center Manager (CM) are responsible for all aspects of the Center’s operation.
3. Performance Management and development of all center staff.
4. Budget management
Manage the overall spending of the Centre to ensure the highest efficiency and quality and to support the activities of the Centre
5. Evaluation & Reporting
At all time CSs should know and be able to report on all aspects of the Centre related to ensuring efficient and high quality operations
6. Communication
Manage the communication within and between all departments of the organization to ensure planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the Centre operations
7. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to Centre Operations in line with the strategic goals of their Centre and the organization
8. Brand Management
To make sure that the Centre’s image and operations reflect the Rise brand image and behaviour.
9. Marketing Cooperativeness
Support the overall operation of your Centre and the Marketing activities of the organization.
10. Partnership enhancement




Yêu cầu ứng viên


University graduate / Master degree in business is preferable.
3 – 4 years’ minimum in education industry or sale/marketing related.
Excellent leadership and building team.
Desire in sale and ability to sale, sale training and closing.
Good at presentation and mass communication.
Good at planning and result-oriented. Having high capability of decision-making.
Good at dealing with complaints and problem solving.
Having experience leading a team of academic, teachers, including of expat.
Fast learning and understanding; Good handle multiple assignments effectively at one time.
High responsibility and honesty.
Creativity, good teamwork.
Excellent English skill, verbal and written.
