Mô tả công việc


• Daily monitor and solve all issue of import and internal transfer shipments
• Handle console box, LCL, FCL, Air shipments
• Respond to emails of customer, agent, vendor, warehouse, carrier and escalations for any requisition in a timely manner: Contact with foreign agents to handle import shipments. Contact with carriers to submit eMNF, get AN, INV, eDO and solve related matters to import shipments. Contact with customers to update, solve & give their advice about their shipments.
• Make declarations eManifest, issue eD/O, Debit/Credit... on the software system.
• Collaborate with other internal and external departments to achieve successful job assignment
• Support for sales to handle all their import shipments
• Issue debit note and credit note to agents
• Update all cost and income for each shipment before deadline
• Follow up-to-date daily inbound
• Provide weekly reports for all shipments accurately and timely
• Other tasks assigned by upper Manager
• Specific job details will be discussed during the interview




Yêu cầu ứng viên


• Bachelor/college’s degree in major foreign trade, economics, Import/ Export, logistics or related fields
• At least 02 years of relevant working experience, having worked on console box is an advantage
• Carefulness, patient, good team-work skills and work independently to meet tight deadlines
• Hard-working, honest and ability to work under pressure
• Good at communication skills, problem solving & time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Good at writing & speaking English
• Microsoft Office Specialist
