Job Brief
• We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background indesigning and implementing systems on the ServiceNow platform. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in leveraging ServiceNow to createscalable, efficient, and integrated solutions that meet business needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements,designing technical solutions, and ensuring their successful implementationwithin the ServiceNow environment.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and configurations.
• Advise clients on appropriate pricing models for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with their budget and business objectives.
• Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions are designed for high availability, scalability, and security within the ServiceNow platform.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow capabilities and release updates to continuously improve the platform’s utilization.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years dedicated to designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proven ability to design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs and data transformation using IntegrationHub.
• Experience with AI technologies such as machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and their integration into ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding at least 1 cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle,etc.), and best practices for deployment, system design, and cost management.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist are highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership and team collaboration experience, particularly in an Agile environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Fluent English
Preferred Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or other relevant areas.
