Gathering business and system requirements from end users;
Communicating with users to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements;
Assisting users and work with development team or vendor to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions;
Prepare master data templates and apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful project development and implementation in line with defined requirements Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions.
Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.
Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
Responsible for User Trainings, Issue Log Clearing, post Go Live support, functional & Technical troubleshooting.
Quickly absorbing and understanding domain knowledge;
Documenting the project operations (URD, SRS) in Vietnamese;
Studying, proposing new features (as well as improvements/ enhancements) for software;
Being actively involved in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery;




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Bachelor of IT software or Information Systems or Business major;
Have an accounting background.
Minimum of 2 year of business analysis experience in ERP development projects, including core ERP (SAP) modules and database configuration/setup;
Have core ERP (SAP) Modules knowledge in the areas of PP, MM, CRM, Sales, Purchase Finance.
Specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous.
ERP certification, such as SaaS ERP.
Experience in analyzing and testing within the software development life cycle is preferred. ;
Strong communications, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders;
Excellent team working, problem-solving, and consulting abilities.
Self-motivated and detailed plan oriented;
