As the Assistant to General Director, you will be responsible for driving key projects under the General Directors direct supervision and supporting the execution of business strategies. You will also facilitate smooth communication with the Japan Headquarter and other Asian subsidiaries, handling translation and organization of important documents and meeting minutes. Making business report in both Japanese and English also your mission. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a higher position within our company.
[Background]
Our company is aiming to expand its operations in Vietnam and is seeking to strengthen Vietnamese management team. We are looking for a bilingual professional who can support General Director and potentially grow into an executive role.
[Job Description]
- Translate and summarize documents and meeting minutes in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese, ensuring accurate communication across all three languages in both directions.
- Manage and drive projects directly under General Directors supervision
- Support the development and execution of business strategies for the company
- Serve as the primary liaison between the local subsidiary and the Japan Headquarter
- Assist in the preparation and organization of executive and critical meetings
- Making business report in both Japanese and English
- Provide additional support to General Director as required
Yêu cầu
*** Essential Requirements:
- JLPT N1 certificate
- Intermediate (business level) English proficiency
- Work experience in manufacturing or trading companies
*** Preferred Background:
- Experience working in Japan
- Experience in project management
***Other Requirements:
- Age between late 20s and 30s, reflecting the need to align with the companys business pace and long-term talent development strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Cultural understanding and flexibility
