Mô tả công việc
Assist in planning recruitment activities based on actual proposals from various departments, propose recruitment methods, and manage recruitment costs.
Assist in searching for, proposing, and posting job ads on recruitment channels.
Perform resume screening, contact candidates, and arrange interview schedules.
Assist in organizing interviews, testing, and evaluating candidates competencies in detail, in collaboration with specialized departments to make suitable decisions.
Support in onboarding, guiding, and assigning tasks to new employees on their first working day.
Yêu cầu
At least 6 months of experience in a similar position, with a background in recruiting IT positions being an advantage.
Good communication skills; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Problem-solving skills, ability to organize work, agility, and a readiness to learn new knowledge.
Strong interaction and negotiation skills are advantageous.
A sense of responsibility and readiness to take on high-difficulty tasks.
Proficient in basic computer software such as Word, Excel, etc.

Salary up to 4.000.000 per month
No timekeeping required.
Working from Monday to Friday; weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
Flexible working hours with the option to work remotely 20% of the time.
