JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborating with creative decisions to organize a
high number of events, ranging from small meetings to important events such as
exhibitions, business events, etc.
Accompanying events team to both internal and
external events
Attending all meetings to act as a second point of
contact
Promoting events across all social media platforms
Supporting the events team for logistical and
administrative tasks
Maintaining records of all bookings e.g. venue and
catering and taking payments where necessary
Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently
through to completion
Ensuring all merchandises for events arrive on time
Prepares report on events (presentation &
budget)
Liaises with other members of Marketing team
(communication &
designer
) to have a best marketing strategy for an event such
as event purpose & concept, event venue as well as its budget, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Events organization experience
Proven time & workload management skills
Good in communication & presentation
Confident with all Microsoft Office packages (PPT,
Excel, Word)
Creative and used to thinking outside the box
Good photographer in order to take pictures from
all events
Excellent networker
Passion for events
Able to work independently as well as part of a
team
Personable and presentable
Eager to contribute new ideas
Responsible and proactive
Be able to work under pressure
