How will you create impact?
We are seeking a talented and visionary Design Manager who will be passionate about design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of high-end Interior Design. As an Design Manager, your responsibilities include defining the design strategy, managing design teams, ensuring the design quality and consistency throughout the design process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Creative Direction: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with clients brand vision, ensuring a consistent look and feel from concept to execution.
2. Project Involvements:
- Act as hands-on design manager for a variety of projects
- Engage clients and stakeholders to identify project vision, goals, and objectives
- Work collaboratively with others toward design solutions
- Promote engagement and collaboration at all levels, including design team, consultants, clients, and contractors
- Manage teams from concept design through construction with a deep understanding of zoning, codes, construction standards, and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure excellent performance regarding project design quality, schedule, and budget
- Presents the design to the Client and stakeholders. Participate in firm marketing, proposal writing, and project interviews
- Visits project sites to monitor progress and conformance to company established standards.
3. Mentor and Guide:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence in design.
- Overseeing the design team, setting goals, establishing timelines and allocating resources for projects.
- Ensuring that designs meet technical requirements, manufacturing capabilities and cost considerations.
4. Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
5. Department Development:
- Conduct the team training on developments within the design world or new business guidelines
- Develops training material and builds 2D and 3D design capability within the organization.
- Improve the design procedure of design department.
- Conduct the changes of design software to meet the market requirements and trends.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience:
- 10+ Years of Design Management experience in a design firm
- Knowledge and experience in all phases of interior design and architectural projects
- Strong user engagement, programming, and pre-design planning skills a plus
- Collaborative spirit and desire to mentor the staff
- Knowledge of local design regulations and interior design standard/ code including accessibility
- Sustainable design experience, including hands-on experience with LEED and other certification systems is a plus.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project),
- Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop skills are a plus
2. Education: Bachelors or Master Degree in Architecture/ or Interior Design.
3. Portfolio: A strong portfolio of creative works of high-end projects, success corporate projects.
SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning

Team Player: Ability to work well within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
