Mô tả công việc
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
Develop and deliver esthetically appealing concepts, UX/UI design, wireframes, interactive prototypes, mock-ups and final solutions based on user-centric design process.
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.
Collaborate with engineers to develop appliance designs using processors without sophisticated operating systems.
Identify user requirements and create personas through researching and analyzing users needs, preferences, objectives, and working method.
Find creative ways to solve UX challenges and design solutions.
Collaborate effectively with other designers as well as with other cross-functional domains such as: marketing, brand & communications and front-end
developer
s to ensure a cohesive design system.
Keep abreast of competitor products, industry trends and user best practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Fine Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Having at least 5-8 years of UI/UX design in the digital world is required.
Experience in the banking and financial services industry/domain/product is a big plus.
Strong understanding of design processes and best practices.
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and appear by creating images, sketches, and tables.
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD (User-Centered Design) methodologies.
Ability to think of strategic challenges and develop creative solutions to user.
Working knowledge of data-logging tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication skills, strong sense of ownership and drive.
