Your Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, driving the attraction, retention, and development of the right talent, and building a workplace where everyone thrives.
Your Mission
Talent Development (60%)
Manage the full cycle recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding.
Establish and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract, develop and retain the right talent.
Build and implement development programs to support team members unlocking new abilities and career path.
Lead performance evaluations using data-driven insights
Define core competencies, establishing clear success benchmarks to guide employee growth and development
Engagement (30%)
Develop and execute internal engagement activities and events (e.g., holidays, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, team-building, birthdays, happy hour...).
Facilitate internal communication to promote company culture.
Admin (10%)
Establish and maintain direct relationships with external partners and suppliers to execute the companys initiatives.
Assist with additional responsibilities as directed by the leader
Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Game industry.
Solid understanding of positions, technologies, and Game development workflows, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Game Design, QA/Testing, and art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Blender).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Joboko, or specialized platforms (e.g., ArtStation, GameJobs).
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
Strong English proficiency is a plus.
