Our story still has many pages to be written and we are now seeking a Administration Assistant to be an integral part of the team driving business growth through a collaborative approach with the various teams.
YOUR ROLE
• Coordinating and sending Flavour samples: check and replenish samples daily, follow up and track status of samples, providing updates for BDMs, update data of samples in the system, processing sample requests and preparing and packing samples for dispatch.
• Organise the stock of samples, ensure the labelling, bottling does not leak.
• Retain current stock and remove expired stock.
• Organise Customs clearance and related documentation.
• Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks such as printer, stationery, office.
• Follow up with suppliers and quotations for consumable accessories.
• Follow up on utilities, telecommunications and complete relevant documentation.
• Assist with cleaning and tidiness of the office.
• Undertake any additional tasks as delegated by the Chief Accountant and the management team within the business.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To be a complimentary fit for this role you will have:
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), confident in speaking with Australian and other team members in South East Asia region.
• Superior organisational and time management skills.
• Resourceful, diligent and have excellent attention to detail.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in working remotely and independently.
• A can-do attitude and ability to apply tactful wit to achieve common goals.
