Position: Recruitment Assistant Intern

Working Time: Full-Time
Note: Only open to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year students; not available for 4th-year students.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and update detailed job descriptions to meet specific recruitment needs.
Source and connect with potential candidates via various talent pools, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo groups, and other relevant platforms.
Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and arrange interviews, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
Create and submit comprehensive reports on recruitment activities and progress.

Requirements
Virtual Work Proficiency: Comfortable and efficient in remote working environments.
Passion for Recruitment: A genuine interest in the HR field, especially talent acquisition.
Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Time Management: Ability to handle full-time working hours effectively.
Positive Attitude: A can-do spirit and eagerness to learn and grow.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in LinkedIn usage is a significant advantage.
