Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Strategic Operation Manager (Construction, $4000, ID 17101)
Strategic Operations Manager will act as the strategic right-hand partner to the CEO, ensuring the seamless execution of operational strategies that align with vision and goals. This leader will drive operational excellence, foster collaboration across all departments, and uphold the values of the organization. The Operations Manager will be instrumental in building a high-performance culture, enabling sustainable growth, and maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit that defines.
Strategic Leadership
Partner with the CEO to translate the companys vision into actionable operational strategies.
Act as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations to optimize operations.
Support the CEO in managing strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across departments.
Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to support scalability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure goals are met.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and their teams to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the organization.
Serve as a bridge between teams and the CEO, facilitating clear communication and alignment, with clear advocacy for the needs of the company.
Process Improvement and Efficiency
Identify areas for operational improvement and drive initiatives to enhance performance.
Streamline workflows and implement best practices to improve productivity.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the
Business Development Manager
(BDM) and Business Executive Manager (BEM).
Represent the CEOs vision and priorities in interactions with clients, partners, and staff.
Risk and Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to operational success.
Requirement
Solid experience in a senior operational or strategic leadership role, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or Australian construction related industries.
Experience working closely with executive leadership.
Well understanding of cross-cultural communication and international business practices.
Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Excellent in English
