Sales Order Fulfillment Senior Specialist is responsible for efficiently coordinating day-to-day logistics operations within the organization. This role involves ensuring that the company maintains adequate stock levels to meet market demand. The specialist will manage logistics operations daily, focusing on cost-effectiveness and timely transportation using approved vendors for intraplant transfers, imports, and exports.
The position is based in Hanoi. He/she reports to the SC&Logistics Senior Manager Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Operation Planning (SOP): Analyze sales outlook and forecasts to create stock plans by SKU/product family for production or import proposals.
- Stock Management: Assess current stock levels and devise solutions to optimize inventory management while meeting market demand.
• Sales Analysis: Conduct accurate sales forecasts and assist the sales team in improving sales performance
• Delivery Management: Verify stock availability and production plans, managing all delivery schedules to customers.
• Intraplane Movement: Analyze sales data by area to facilitate monthly intraplane movements.
• KPI Management: Oversee order fulfillment (SOFIX) and warehouse reporting (DOC, slow-moving, and blocked stock).
• Issue Resolution: Address any distribution or warehousing issues that may arise.
• Logistics Support: Perform other logistics-related tasks as needed.
Yêu cầu
• University degree, preferably in Foreign Trade University.
• Prefer Male, under 30 years old
• Having experienced in MNC company
• Strong understanding of the sales market.
• Excellent grasp of efficient materials flow and best practices.
• Extensive experience working with global suppliers.
• Proven track record in negotiating logistics terms.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management principles and process improvement opportunities.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics or operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify connections in data.
• Good command of English.
