Be responsible for implementing processes involved in one of the fields: Sea Export
Receive and confirm bookings received from vendors/customers as nominated in timely manner.
Arrange booking with carriers; update systems & release bill of lading, invoices, payment to suppliers.
Issue HBL/HSWB or Forwarders Cargo Receipts to vendors.
Collect documents from vendors and dispatch to the right receivers if requested.
Maintain sailing schedules to be updated on-timely and correctly for tracing purpose from customer.
Work closely with Sales, Suppliers, Pricing, Others support teams to archive customers satisfaction.
Ensure local charges are informed to
shipper
s in a timely and accurately manner.
Report service or business failure to Ocean Freight Manager.
Other tasks as designed by superior.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Have from 01 to 03 years experience in one of the fields: Sea Import
Good command of English.
Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure
Be a team player, detailed and accurate
